Instructions

  1. Gather your supplies: a mixing bowl, spatula, baking sheet, and parchment paper.
  2. Mix the base by combining Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in your mixing bowl.
  3. Add the mini chocolate chips and gently fold them into the mixture.
  4. Portion out the bites using a cookie scoop or tablespoon on the lined baking sheet.
  5. Top each bite with chopped peanuts and flaky sea salt.
  6. Freeze for 1-2 hours until solid, then transfer to a sealed container.
