- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped peanuts (for topping)
- 1 tsp flaky sea salt (for topping)
Instructions
- Gather your supplies: a mixing bowl, spatula, baking sheet, and parchment paper.
- Mix the base by combining Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in your mixing bowl.
- Add the mini chocolate chips and gently fold them into the mixture.
- Portion out the bites using a cookie scoop or tablespoon on the lined baking sheet.
- Top each bite with chopped peanuts and flaky sea salt.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours until solid, then transfer to a sealed container.
- Pop them out of the freezer whenever you’re ready to enjoy!
Notes
For a nut-free version, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter. Feel free to experiment with toppings and flavor variations!
