A colorful and vibrant fresh fruit salad elevated with an irresistible honey lime poppy seed dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups pineapple, diced
  • 2 cups kiwi, sliced
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Prep the fruits by washing all of them thoroughly under cool running water.
  2. Slice the strawberries into quarters.
  3. Rinse the blueberries in a colander.
  4. Diced pineapple should be cut into cubes if using fresh.
  5. Slice the kiwi into rounds or half-moons.
  6. Halve the grapes for easier eating.
  7. Mix all precut fruits in a large mixing bowl.
  8. Make the dressing by whisking together honey, lime juice, and poppy seeds in a small bowl.
  9. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit salad and fold gently.
  10. Chill the salad in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
