Ingredients
2 large flour tortillas
4 eggs, scrambled
4 slices cooked bacon
½ avocado, sliced or mashed
½ cup shredded cheddar or 2 slices American cheese
Butter or oil for the pan
Instructions
Scramble eggs in a lightly greased pan; season to taste.
Lay tortillas flat and cut a slit from the center to the edge.
Divide into 4 quadrants:
1: scrambled eggs
2: bacon
3: cheese
4: avocado
Fold: bottom left up, then over, then down to form a layered triangle.
Toast folded wraps in a skillet 1–2 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
Serve hot with your favorite sauce or fresh fruit on the side.
