Foil Pack Tacos

Ingredients

1/2 cup ground beef or ground turkey

1/4 cup black beans (optional)

1/4 cup corn kernels (frozen or canned)

2 tbsp salsa

1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Mexican blend, etc.)

1/4 tsp taco seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Crushed tortilla chips or soft tortillas (to serve)

Optional toppings: sour cream, avocado, chopped cilantro, green onions


Instructions

Lay out a large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil.

Add ground meat, beans, corn, salsa, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently right on the foil.

Fold the foil into a sealed packet, crimping edges tightly to lock in steam.

Place packets over campfire coals or on a grill. Cook for 15–20 minutes, turning once halfway through.

Carefully open the packet (watch the steam!) and sprinkle with cheese. Let melt.

Serve right in the foil with crushed chips or wrap in a soft tortilla with your favorite toppings!
