These eggnog-inspired overnight oats are creamy, cozy, and full of festive spice — with none of the hassle. Made the night before, they’re ready when you are. It’s the perfect seasonal breakfast that tastes indulgent but keeps things balanced.
Ingredients
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or more milk for dairy-free)
1 tbsp maple syrup or sugar-free sweetener
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional toppings: chopped nuts, fresh fruit, whipped cream, or a dash of extra nutmeg
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl or jar until fully combined.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
Stir & serve in the morning cold, or warm in the microwave if preferred. Add toppings before eating.
