Ingredients
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 1 cup quick oats (or oat flour)
Instructions
Blend cottage cheese and oats in a food processor until a thick, moldable mixture forms.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Scoop and shape into small tot-like pieces.
Place on a lined baking sheet or air fryer basket.
Bake or air fry for 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy. Flip halfway for even cooking.
Serve warm with ketchup, ranch, or your favorite dip!
