Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (penne or elbow)
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cooked pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta until al dente, about 2 minutes less than package instructions.
- Mix the pasta with pizza sauce, 1.5 cups mozzarella, pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper until coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Top with the remaining 0.5 cups mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Feel free to customize with your favorite ingredients, like extra veggies or different cheeses. This dish can also be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
