2 large naan breads

1 clove garlic, minced
½ fresh peach, thinly sliced
4 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
15 fresh basil leaves, chopped
½ cup balsamic vinegar (optional, for drizzle)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
