Cookie Base:
1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough (or homemade if you prefer)
Cream Cheese Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings:
Sliced strawberries
Blueberries
Kiwi slices
Mandarin oranges
Any other fresh fruit you love!
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice cookie dough into ¼-inch rounds and place on a baking sheet.
Bake 8–10 minutes until lightly golden. Cool completely.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until creamy.
Spread frosting on cooled cookies.
Top each with a mix of fresh fruit. Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving for best results!
