Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Soften the Cream Cheese by letting it sit at room temperature or microwaving it for 10-15 seconds.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the mixture and mix until incorporated.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  5. Taste for sweetness and adjust with more lemon juice or sugar as needed.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
