Ingredients
1 ¼ cups rolled oats
½ cup peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
¼ cup chocolate chips
¼ cup chopped dates or dried cranberries
2 tbsp chia seeds, flaxseeds, or hemp seeds
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to help it firm up.
