- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups crispy tater tots
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Bake the tater tots on a baking sheet according to package instructions for 20–25 minutes.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, about 7–10 minutes.
- Season the beef with taco seasoning and a splash of water; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix the baked tater tots with the seasoned beef and shredded cheese.
- Assemble the burritos by placing the mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Roll up the burritos tightly, tucking in the sides.
- Heat the rolled burritos on a baking sheet in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
