Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups crispy tater tots
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Bake the tater tots on a baking sheet according to package instructions for 20–25 minutes.
  3. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, about 7–10 minutes.
  4. Season the beef with taco seasoning and a splash of water; simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix the baked tater tots with the seasoned beef and shredded cheese.
  6. Assemble the burritos by placing the mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  7. Roll up the burritos tightly, tucking in the sides.
  8. Heat the rolled burritos on a baking sheet in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  9. Serve and enjoy!

Notes
