2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 lb Italian sausage (cooked & crumbled)
1 deep-dish pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup pizza sauce
½ cup grated Parmesan
Optional: bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, olives
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Press the crust into a deep pie dish or cast-iron skillet.
Layer half the mozzarella at the bottom.
Add cooked sausage and any other toppings.
Pour sauce evenly over the top.
Add the rest of the mozzarella and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Let it rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
