Description
Tender chicken smothered in aromatic herbs, served in warm pita bread with creamy tzatziki sauce.
Ingredients

- 2–3 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Juice from 1 Lemon
- 4–6 pieces Pita Bread
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 medium Cucumber, grated and drained
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill, chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- Juice from ½ Lemon
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika, and drizzle olive oil over them. Place in the crockpot.
- Mix minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Pour over chicken and cover. Cook on low for about 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Grate cucumber and sprinkle with salt; let it sit for 10 minutes. Wring out excess water, then combine with Greek yogurt, minced garlic, fresh dill, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
- Shred the cooked chicken and assemble in pita bread with tzatziki and desired toppings.
