Your favorite salad just got a sushi-style remix. These Crispy Chicken Caesar Sushi Rolls wrap all the bold, creamy crunch of a Caesar salad—crispy chicken, romaine, parmesan, and a drizzle of Caesar—into seaweed and rice. They’re meal prep gold, bento-box ready, and totally craveable.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked sushi rice
2 tbsp rice vinegar
4–6 sheets nori (seaweed)
1½ cups crispy chicken tenders, sliced
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
¼ cup Caesar dressing (plus extra for drizzle)
¼ cup shredded or shaved parmesan
Crushed croutons (for topping)
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix cooked rice with rice vinegar and a pinch of salt. Let cool slightly.
Lay a sheet of nori on a sushi mat or plastic wrap. Spread a thin layer of rice over ¾ of the sheet.
In a line near the bottom edge, layer romaine, chicken slices, a drizzle of Caesar dressing, and a sprinkle of parmesan.
Roll tightly from the bottom, using the mat to compress. Seal the edge with a little water.
Slice into 6–8 pieces with a sharp, damp knife.
Drizzle with more Caesar dressing, sprinkle with crushed croutons, and serve fresh.
