- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and sear for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken and let it rest on a plate.
- Sauté the remaining butter and minced garlic in the skillet for about 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and stir, scraping brown bits from the pan.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until melted.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over it for another minute.
- Plate the chicken, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with parsley.
