Ingredients

2 cups cooked penne pasta
2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Steam broccoli until just tender; set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in flour and cook for another minute. Gradually whisk in milk and bring to a simmer until thickened.
Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Add cooked pasta, chicken, and broccoli. Stir well to coat everything in the sauce.
Heat through and serve warm.
