Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 cup heavy cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken by patting it dry and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear the chicken in hot olive oil for 6-7 minutes on one side.
  3. Flip the chicken and cook for another 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Sauté the pepperoncini peppers in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Create the creamy sauce by adding heavy cream and garlic powder; let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Combine the chicken slices with the sauce and cook for an additional minute.
  7. Serve garnished with parsley and enjoy!
