- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup pepperoncini peppers
- 1 cup heavy cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prep the chicken by patting it dry and seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Sear the chicken in hot olive oil for 6-7 minutes on one side.
- Flip the chicken and cook for another 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Sauté the pepperoncini peppers in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes.
- Create the creamy sauce by adding heavy cream and garlic powder; let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Combine the chicken slices with the sauce and cook for an additional minute.
- Serve garnished with parsley and enjoy!
