Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup red grapes, halved (or apples for crunch)
1/4 cup red onion, diced
2 tbsp chopped parsley or dill
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional: 1 tbsp Dijon mustard or a pinch of paprika for extra zing
Instructions
