Ingredients
16 oz cream cheese (2 blocks), softened
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
½ cup brown sugar
⅔ cup granulated sugar
4 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups mini chocolate chips
Optional Twists
½ tsp almond extract (for a bakery-style flavor)
Swap half the chocolate chips for M&M’s or crushed Oreos
Stir in ½ cup peanut butter for a chocolate–peanut butter version
Top with festive sprinkles before serving
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy.
Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla; beat until smooth.
Stir in mini chocolate chips (and any optional mix-ins).
Transfer to a serving bowl, top with extra chips or sprinkles.
Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, cookies, or fruit slices.
