- 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Boil Water: In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil.
- Cook the Pasta: Add the pasta, cooking according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Mix Ingredients: In the same pot, add cooked chicken, ranch dressing mix, cream cheese, and chicken broth.
- Stir Together: Mix over medium heat until cream cheese melts and combines with the broth.
- Add the Pasta: Return the cooked pasta to the pot with the creamy chicken mixture.
- Mix and Warm: Stir gently to combine and heat over low until warmed through.
- Cheese Time: Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
- Finish with Green Onions: Fold in sliced green onions and garnish with reserved ones.
- Plate It Up: Serve garnished with more cheese, black pepper, or a drizzle of olive oil.
