Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, olive oil, citrus juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring every piece is well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat the Grill: Fire up your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it onto the grill. Grill for 6-8 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
- Rest and Serve: Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
