Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
¼ cup wheat germ
⅓ cup white sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
¾ cup milk
½ cup pumpkin puree
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp olive oil
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
1 egg white
½ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
Preheat Waffle Iron

Mix Dry Ingredients
