  • 1 Head of Iceberg Lettuce

Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken: Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet; cook chicken until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  2. Crisp Up the Bacon: Cook bacon in a separate pan until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Chop the Lettuce: Chop the iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Slice the Chicken: Slice rested chicken into strips or cubes.
