Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup chocolate chips
½ cup peanut butter
Optional Add-ins:
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Dash of cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
Stir in oats, chocolate chips, peanut butter, and any optional ingredients.
Mix until well combined and spread evenly into the baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden and set.
Let cool completely, then slice into bars.
