Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats
½ ripe banana
½ cup milk (any kind—plant or dairy)
½ tsp baking powder
Dash of cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp peanut butter (swirled on top)
A few dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a blender or small bowl, mix oats, banana, milk, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth.
Pour into a greased ramekin.
Swirl peanut butter on top and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until set and golden on the edges.
Let cool slightly and enjoy warm with a spoon.
