- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Combine 1 cup of plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth.
- Add 2 teaspoons of garam masala, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, and 1 teaspoon of paprika to the yogurt mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the 500g of chicken cubes into the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using; metal skewers do not require soaking.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving space between pieces for even cooking.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Cook the skewers for 10-15 minutes, flipping occasionally, until charred and cooked through.
- Rest the skewers for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with chapatis or wraps along with dipping sauces.
