Mom would pack these golden croissants filled with creamy chicken salad and juicy grapes—it was the taste of sunshine and laughter. Fresh, simple, and delightfully satisfying, these sandwiches are perfect for gatherings or an easy, comforting lunch.


Ingredients

lbs cooked, shredded chicken

1½ cups chopped celery

1½ cups red grapes, halved

2 green onions, thinly sliced

1 cup mayonnaise

¼ cup sour cream or ranch dressing

2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

Juice of 1 small lemon

8 croissants


Instructions

In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, grapes, and green onions.

In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream (or ranch), dill, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until smooth.

Pour dressing over chicken mixture and gently stir to coat evenly.

Slice croissants and fill each with a generous scoop of the chicken salad.

Serve immediately or chill until ready to enjoy.
