Description

Ingredients

  • 500 grams Chicken, skinless and boneless
  • 2 Large Onions, sliced
  • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp Coriander Powder
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • ¼ tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • Curry Leaves
  • Coconut Oil for frying onions
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat the Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sauté the Onions until golden brown and caramelized.
  4. Add the Ginger Garlic Paste and cook for about 2 minutes.
  5. Spice It Up by adding red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, and black pepper.
  6. Cook the Chicken until each piece is coated with the spice mixture.
  7. Add Garam Masala and Curry Leaves, cooking for another 3-5 minutes.
  8. Final Adjustments to taste for seasoning.
  9. Serve it hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.

Notes

Marinating chicken with salt and lemon juice makes it juicier. Feel free to experiment with spices to match your taste.
