- 500 grams Chicken, skinless and boneless
- 2 Large Onions, sliced
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp Coriander Powder
- Black Pepper, to taste
- ¼ tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- Curry Leaves
- Coconut Oil for frying onions
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Prep the Chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat the Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté the Onions until golden brown and caramelized.
- Add the Ginger Garlic Paste and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Spice It Up by adding red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, and black pepper.
- Cook the Chicken until each piece is coated with the spice mixture.
- Add Garam Masala and Curry Leaves, cooking for another 3-5 minutes.
- Final Adjustments to taste for seasoning.
- Serve it hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
Notes
Marinating chicken with salt and lemon juice makes it juicier. Feel free to experiment with spices to match your taste.
