8 oz pasta (rotini or penne)
1 cup cooked chicken, diced
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup ranch dressing (plus more to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, bacon, tomatoes, cheese, and onion.
Add ranch dressing and toss until evenly coated.
Season with salt and pepper, garnish if desired, and chill before serving for best flavor.
