- 4 medium sweet potatoes, cubed

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the sweet potatoes by peeling and cubing them into bite-sized pieces.
- Season the chicken breast with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a separate bowl.
- Prepare a large sheet pan lined with parchment paper, spreading the seasoned chicken on one side and cubed sweet potatoes on the other.
