- 8 ounces Penne pasta
- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- To taste: Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes.
- Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and Alfredo sauce in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
