A comforting twist on a classic, this Chicken Alfredo Pasta Bake features tender chicken, gooey cheese, and a creamy Alfredo sauce, all baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Penne pasta
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • To taste: Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and Alfredo sauce in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Add the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
