Chia Pudding Cup

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 tbsp cocoa powder

2 tbsp peanut butter

2 tbsp sweetener (like maple syrup or monk fruit)

¼ cup chia seeds

Optional toppings:

Whipped cream, crushed peanuts, or dark chocolate shavings


Instructions

Whisk together almond milk, cocoa, peanut butter, and sweetener until smooth.

Stir in chia seeds and let sit for 5 minutes. Stir again to prevent clumping.

Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).

Layer with toppings before serving and enjoy cold!
