Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Wash and dice your potatoes into bite-sized chunks.
  2. Heat the skillet: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the potatoes: Add the diced potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add the sausage: Stir in the sliced smoked sausage and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the mixture and stir it in.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top and cover for 3-5 minutes to melt.
  7. Garnish& serve: Stir and serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes
