1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup salsa
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
4 large flour tortillas
Optional: sliced jalapeños or 1/2 cup cream cheese for added flavor
Instructions
Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning and salsa. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
Spread beef mixture onto tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese (and jalapeños or cream cheese if using).
Roll tortillas tightly and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden and melty.
