Ingredients
1 package cauliflower gnocchi (frozen or fresh)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cups fresh spinach
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp pesto (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
