½ head cabbage, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Optional: scrambled egg or 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
Brown ground beef with garlic in a large skillet.
Add chopped cabbage and cook until soft, about 8–10 minutes.
Stir in soy sauce, chili flakes, and optional add-ins.
Serve hot—leftovers are even better the next day!
