  • 1 pound Boneless and skinless Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Chicken broth (low-sodium preferred)
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add Aromatics: Once the chicken is cooked, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until they are fragrant.
  4. Make It Creamy: Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring until combined. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in seasonings: Add parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir until cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  6. Combine: Add drained pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Adjust seasoning as necessary.
  7. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes
