Ingredients
Brownie Crust
• 1 box (18 oz) brownie mix (plus eggs, oil & water as listed on box)
• Cooking spray or parchment paper
Cream Cheese Frosting
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• ½ cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings
• Assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, grapes)
• ¼ cup apricot preserves or fruit jelly, melted (optional for glaze)
• Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven as directed on your brownie box.
Mix brownie batter and spread onto a greased or lined pizza pan.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
Make the frosting: Beat cream cheese until smooth, add powdered sugar and vanilla, and beat until fluffy.
Spread frosting over cooled brownie crust.
Top with fruits arranged decoratively.
Brush with melted preserves if using.
Chill for 1 hour, then slice and enjoy chilled!
