- 8 ounces Bowtie Pasta (Farfalle)
- 12 Cocktail Meatballs
- 1/4 cup Fresh Basil, chopped
- 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the pasta and drizzle a little olive oil to prevent clumping.
- Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine ground meat, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl if making meatballs from scratch.
- Form the mixture into bite-sized meatballs and thread them onto skewers.
- Cook the skewers on the grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Add chopped basil and a generous glug of olive oil to the drained pasta and toss until combined.
- Arrange the meatball skewers beautifully over the pasta and garnish with additional fresh basil.
- Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and enjoy!
