- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Sautéing Aromatics: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion for 4-5 minutes until translucent. Add garlic and bell pepper; cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Cooking the Sausage: Add sausage to skillet. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add Rice and Spices: Stir in rice, cumin, and paprika. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the Broth: Add broth and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Mixing It Up: Add black beans, fold gently, and season to taste. Cover for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle cilantro on top before serving. Enjoy with lime, sour cream or avocado slices!
