Instructions

  3. Add Rice and Spices: Stir in rice, cumin, and paprika. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in the Broth: Add broth and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Mixing It Up: Add black beans, fold gently, and season to taste. Cover for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle cilantro on top before serving. Enjoy with lime, sour cream or avocado slices!
