A delicious and easy twist on the classic Big Mac, these wraps offer a bold flavor experience wrapped in soft tortillas.

- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Dill pickle slices (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Make the special sauce by mixing mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate.
- Brown the beef in a large skillet over medium heat with olive oil. Add ground beef and finely chopped onion, breaking up the meat as it cooks until browned (about 7-10 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble the wraps by laying out the tortillas. Spoon the beef mixture in the center, followed by shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, and drizzle with special sauce.
- Fold the tortillas by folding in the sides and rolling from the bottom to the top to secure the filling inside.
- Serve the wraps sliced in half or whole, drizzled with extra sauce and served with fries or salad.
Notes
For added flavor, feel free to interchange ground beef with ground turkey or plant-based crumbles. The special sauce tastes better if made a day in advance!
