Ingredients

  • Goat Cheese
  • Berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • Candied Pecans or Walnuts
  • Red Onion
  • Honey-Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • Avocado (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and prep your greens by rinsing them in cold water and drying them thoroughly.
  2. Prepare the berries: slice strawberries and rinse blueberries or raspberries.
  3. Slice the red onion as thinly as possible; soak in cold water if too strong.
  4. Prepare the nuts by toasting chopped nuts in a dry skillet for about 5 minutes if using unsweetened nuts.
  5. Whisk together the vinaigrette by mixing balsamic vinegar, honey, and olive oil in a small bowl.
