Ingredients
- Mixed Greens (arugula, spinach, or spring mix)
- Goat Cheese
- Berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- Candied Pecans or Walnuts
- Red Onion
- Honey-Balsamic Vinaigrette
- Avocado (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and prep your greens by rinsing them in cold water and drying them thoroughly.
- Prepare the berries: slice strawberries and rinse blueberries or raspberries.
- Slice the red onion as thinly as possible; soak in cold water if too strong.
