Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 ½ pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Mix the marinade by whisking together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, lemon juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
  2. Prep the chicken by patting it dry with paper towels.
  3. Marinate the chicken in a resealable bag or dish coated with the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Grill or bake the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes on each side for grilling or 20-25 minutes at 400°F for baking.
  5. Rest the chicken for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve with your choice of sides.
