- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 ½ pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Instructions
- Mix the marinade by whisking together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, lemon juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
- Prep the chicken by patting it dry with paper towels.
- Marinate the chicken in a resealable bag or dish coated with the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill or bake the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes on each side for grilling or 20-25 minutes at 400°F for baking.
- Rest the chicken for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with your choice of sides.
