1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
2 cups cooked jasmine rice
1 cup pineapple rings, grilled and chopped
1 cup shelled edamame (cooked)
2 green onions, sliced
Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a skillet, brown ground beef. Drain excess fat and stir in teriyaki sauce and sesame oil. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
Grill or pan-sear pineapple rings until caramelized. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
Assemble bowls: Start with jasmine rice, then layer teriyaki beef, pineapple, edamame, and green onions.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve warm—or chill for a refreshing rice salad-style meal.
