3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
8 oz pasta (penne or rotini), cooked
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine chicken, cooked pasta, BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, and half of each cheese. Mix well.
Transfer to a greased 9×13″ baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
Sprinkle with green onions before serving if desired.
