Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 red onion, cut into chunks
1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite!)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Wooden skewers (soaked for 20 minutes)
Instructions
In a bowl, toss chicken cubes with BBQ sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Assemble skewers by alternating chicken, pineapple, bell pepper, and onion.
Grill over medium-high heat, turning every 3–4 minutes and basting with extra BBQ sauce until chicken is cooked through (about 12–15 minutes).
Serve hot with rice, salad, or on their own!
