Ingredients
3 Tbsp pea or whey protein powder (add more for thicker batter)
1 ripe banana (or approx. ⅓ cup mashed)
2 eggs

Instructions
Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
Add eggs and whisk together with the banana.
Stir in protein powder gradually until a thick, pourable batter forms.
Adjust with a splash of milk or water if it’s too thick.
