- 3–4 large russet potatoes
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the russet potatoes by rinsing and drying them, then cut into 1-inch wedges.
- Coat the wedges in a bowl with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Bake in a single layer on a baking sheet for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Add parmesan cheese on top and return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Plate and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak the cut wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before coating them.
