Description

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the russet potatoes by rinsing and drying them, then cut into 1-inch wedges.
  3. Coat the wedges in a bowl with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Bake in a single layer on a baking sheet for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Add parmesan cheese on top and return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  6. Plate and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak the cut wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before coating them.
