- 1 lb fresh carrots
- 8–10 slices of bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional herbs or spices (like rosemary, thyme, or crushed red pepper flakes)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the carrots.
- Cut the carrots into even sticks approximately 4-5 inches long.
- Drizzle the carrots with olive oil and toss with garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Wrap each carrot with a slice of bacon and place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the oven for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
