Ingredients

  • 810 slices of bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional herbs or spices (like rosemary, thyme, or crushed red pepper flakes)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the carrots.
  3. Cut the carrots into even sticks approximately 4-5 inches long.
  4. Drizzle the carrots with olive oil and toss with garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  5. Wrap each carrot with a slice of bacon and place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Roast in the oven for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through for even cooking.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
